Effect of Sex on Incidence of Post-Operative Atrial Fibrillation in Cardiac Surgery Patients

      Post-operative atrial fibrillation (POAF) is common in cardiac surgery patients. Female sex is an independent predictor for poorer outcomes after cardiac surgery. This study sought to investigate if sex is associated with the incidence of POAF.
