Aside from obstructive coronary artery disease (CAD), MI with non-obstructive CAD
(MINOCA) is increasing detected among women. However, little is known about the clinical
presentation, management and outcomes of premature MINOCA. We aimed to understand
whether angiographic, clinical features and 1-year outcomes, differ according to the
presence and extent of atherosclerotic disease in premature MI.
