SEX AND GENDER FACTORS AND THE CARDIOVASCULAR HEALTH OF CANADIANS

      There is little evidence differentiating sex (biological factors) from gender related characteristics in cardiovascular outcomes. In this study, we sought to elucidate the association between a gender index created from a composite measure of gender related factors and biological sex in predicting cardiovascular health in Canadian population using the CANHEART index tool.
