Simultaneous presentation of spontaneous coronary artery dissection and acute type B aortic dissection in the puerperium

      We report a unique case of a previously healthy young woman in her postpartum period who had simultaneously, an acute myocardial infarction caused by spontaneous coronary artery dissection (SCAD) of the left anterior descending coronary artery, and an acute type B aortic dissection, which were both successfully treated with endovascular procedure.
